The Global Product Management Team is on the lookout for a dedicated Field Service Specialist and Technical Training Coordinator to contribute to our pioneering Field Service Academy. This internal training initiative is designed to provide structured onboarding and career progression for our service technicians. As a vital contributor to this program, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our field service team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars – both in-person and online – for internal Field Service personnel and clients at various career levels, including technicians, supervisors, and managers.

• Create detailed training programs and materials (including schedules, agendas, and learning resources) while designing and maintaining our technical training facilities.

• Assess the overall effectiveness of training programs and implement enhancements as required.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to refine and expand training curricula, utilizing best practices and innovative educational techniques.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated technical expertise in Field Service, preferably with Rotating Equipment.

• Experience in a training role, such as a technical trainer or training specialist.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• A genuine passion for fostering the development of others' skills and knowledge.

• An inquisitive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.

• A bachelor’s or associate degree in mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or a related discipline.
