As a Key Account Manager at Interactive Paper, you will work closely with top international companies, including Samsung, Pfizer, Ford, Oracle, and EY, taking responsibility for successfully selling and managing various advertising campaigns.

Job Description

This role involves customer acquisition, building strong networks, and maintaining relationships with potential clients. You will also support and develop key accounts to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals, analyzing market trends and competitive activities, and advising clients on the best ways to use our interactive paper solutions to achieve their marketing goals.

In addition, you will coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure campaigns are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Native-level English proficiency for high-level professional communication.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or account management, ideally in the marketing or media sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a high level of initiative, determination, and customer orientation.
  • Studies or current enrollment in economics, business, communication, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
Compensation Package

The total compensation package can range from €50,000 to €80,000 annually, depending on performance, which includes a full-time position with an annual base salary of €40,000 to €55,000, ensuring financial stability and growth.

Average annual salary is estimated to be around €65,000, based on performance, benefits, and location.

Additionally, there are opportunities for commissions up to €20,000 per year, a team bonus of up to €15,000 per year, and flexible working hours and locations, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
