Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Solutions Architect to lead our development team and drive the delivery of cutting-edge digital signage solutions. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the highest quality code standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to our development team, helping them navigate complex customer requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Career Development: Act as a mentor and coach to junior developers, facilitating their growth and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Process Improvement: Establish effective working practices, maintain a healthy project management cycle, and ensure good code quality standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Identify training opportunities, facilitate knowledge transfer, and enable the squad to utilize new technologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve shared success.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Developer, with hands-on expertise in agile environments.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Expertise in coaching and mentoring developers to help them reach their full potential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, Angular, and Git or Bitbucket, with the ability to break down customer requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and collaboratively architect solutions.
  • Abstract Thinking: The ability to think abstractly and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage.
