Digital AI Solutions Developer

As a Digital AI Solutions Developer, you will be part of our team at Erste Digital GmbH, working on the development and implementation of conversational AI solutions.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement conversational AI models to analyze and interpret audio data from call centers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our customer service operations.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and NLP technologies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in computer science, data science, AI, or a related field. Your experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly with audio data (also multi-modal models), is essential.
You should have a proven track record in building data pipelines for voice applications, as well as experience with graph DB or knowledge graphs technologies.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly with audio data (also multi-modal models).
- Experience with natural language processing and speech recognition technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated skills in agentic AI use cases.
