Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Loyalty Management professional to join our Marketing team in Linz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our customer loyalty programs, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer loyalty programs, including Payback coordination and campaign management
  • Support the creation of engaging content for existing and new customers, including target audience selection
  • Assist in the preparation and sending of newsletters
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Shop Management, and Sortiment Management teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Manage agency relationships and briefings for marketing materials, including internal graphic design
  • Implement additional CRM projects independently
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial education with relevant experience or degree in a related field
  • Proven ability to work process-oriented, organized, and structured
  • Creative and customer-focused mindset, with a hands-on approach

The collective bargaining salary is between €2,400 and €3,000 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
