Our technology center is strategically situated in Kalsdorf, Austria, near Graz, providing an ideal environment for collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, organization, and coordination of customer service and field failure analysis processes.
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding field and design quality issues during the serial production phase.
- Engage in customer meetings to discuss part handling and track issues effectively.
- Prepare and maintain all essential quality reports (8D) within customer portals.
- Provide support to SDI manufacturing sites throughout the serial production process.
- Monitor and ensure the resolution of problems during the serial production phase.
- Coordinate customer field complaints during the production phase.
- Assist in PPAP activities in accordance with customer specifications during serial production.
Candidate Profile
- A completed technical education (Bachelor's degree) or related studies.
- Proven experience in automotive quality management and manufacturing quality processes.
- Strong background in customer communication and issue tracking utilizing 8D methodology.
- Familiarity with quality management tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab.
- A systematic, process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (German language skills are a plus).
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
