Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Excellence Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering winning retail excellence of the local business, embodying depth of understanding in what needs to be true to deliver executional excellence across the channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate annual, quarterly, and monthly business priorities into winning executional plans in market
  • Deliver budget targets
  • Develop leading commercial strategy principles
  • Partner with local CS&I/Sales teams to deliver winning executional plans
  • Own driving consistency of selling tools across categories and delivery in time for key selling cycles
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver winning execution of annual plans in market across all category priorities
  • Own execution across the country of the Perfect Store strategy, by channel and key customer for all priority categories
  • Deliver Perfect Store and DVRP measurement and tracking for the local, cross-category portfolio
  • Lead POS requirements and delivery for priority categories in local market
  • Build capability and enable success through proactive contribution to share and reapply sessions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a large FMCG/Consumer Health environment
  • Experience within Shopper and Trade Marketing and Sales Teams
  • Experience managing analytically rigorous corporate programs
  • Proven ability to translate insights informing the development of winning in-store strategies
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
