About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Wolt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our retail partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in the Austrian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the retail sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners, including key account management and negotiation of partnership terms.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with retailers that will enhance Wolt's portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in retail sales, preferably in FMCG or alcohol wholesalers.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English.
