Join Porsche Holding as an HR Project Manager:in (w/m/d) with Assistant Function

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Project Manager:in (w/m/d) with Assistant Function to join our team at Porsche Holding. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic and operational HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of HR projects, including onboarding new employees and developing new strategies
  • Take ownership of the operational HR management and be responsible for the conception and implementation of health management
  • Contribute to the improvement of our processes and standards, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure the successful implementation of HR projects
  • Provide expert advice on labor law and support the HR team in answering questions related to labor law
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in law or business administration
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and ability to provide expert advice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and employees
  • High level of engagement and discretion, with a strong sense of responsibility and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to create presentations and reports
