About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Finance Manager to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating financial operations in the Central Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate financial offices in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support sales growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
  • Manage regional sales reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
  • Collaborate with global quality department to ensure highest quality standards
  • Provide financial guidance and support to regional management director
Requirements
  • Profound background in finance, legal, and controlling
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales supporting function
  • Deep understanding of the industrial automation market
  • Experience in navigating global, cooperative environments
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Native speaker in German, fluent in English
