Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a global marketing team to ensure effective coordination and alignment of marketing activities.
- Ensure a consistent brand message and positioning across all channels.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Identify new opportunities and investments to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Lead and develop a global marketing team of talented professionals from different regions.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between local marketing teams and head office.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that support sales objectives and drive customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with product management in the development of marketing initiatives to support product launches and drive market growth.
- Leverage data analytics and insights to continuously optimize marketing strategy and increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or engineering.
- 15 years or more experience with a focus on marketing and sales, preferably a mix of corporate/agency experience in the technology industry.
- At least 15 years of professional experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a management position with international HR responsibility.
- Proven success in leading and developing global marketing teams.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in B2B marketing with technically complex products and services.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects and allocate resources efficiently.
- Strong personality with proven leadership experience in realigning and developing marketing teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours.
