At ABB, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Global Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, sales growth, and customer engagement.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and communications, to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure optimal ROI and efficiency.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on global marketing and leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
