Job Title: Head of Business Finance Planning

At ABB, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Finance Planning to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making
  • Lead a team of financial analysts and planners to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize financial planning and analysis initiatives
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling and financial analysis in an international company, including leadership roles
  • Sound knowledge in areas such as performance management, operational excellence, risk management, and internal controls
  • Experience in data analysis and the use of corresponding tools (e.g., Excel, BI software)
  • Good knowledge of tax law
  • Analytical skills, structured work approach, and high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in teams

To comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of 5,657.48 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
