About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Freudenberg, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation.
  • As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategic business development measures, identifying market potential, and managing sales to open up new markets.
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing and operational managing the customer and product portfolio, as well as actively participating in cross-site projects.
  • Additionally, you will support the sales team in business initiation and customer care, and conduct market and competitor analyses to derive appropriate measures.

Requirements:

  • You have completed an academic education in the technical or business area, such as industrial engineering, technical business administration, or similar.
  • You also have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in product management or technical sales, ideally in a manufacturing company, and preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Technical know-how and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • You are business fluent in German and English, and have strong IT user skills. Experience in a CRM system would be an advantage.
  • Your interpersonal skills are also in demand: team spirit, self-confidence, sociability, and strong communication skills are qualities we value.
