About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager - Business Development to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and expansion in various sectors and industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market potential and develop sales strategies to capture new markets.
  • Analyze and manage customer and product portfolios to optimize business performance.
  • Support the sales team in business initiation and customer care, and conduct market and competitor analyses to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Academic education in a technical or business field (e.g., industrial engineering, technical business administration).
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in product management or technical sales, preferably in a manufacturing company and the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, with strong IT user skills and experience in a CRM system an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including team spirit, self-confidence, sociability, and strong communication skills.
