Position Summary:

We are seeking a Product Security Specialist to join our Innovation Team. This role can be fulfilled on a full-time or part-time basis, and it is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of our products throughout their lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC), Product Security Risk Management (PSRM), and Vulnerability Handling and Disclosure (VHD) processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to SSDLC controls.
  • Provide guidance to development teams during threat modeling and risk assessment activities.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions on SSDLC fundamentals and secure development practices.
  • Continuously enhance the existing SSDLC to align with evolving requirements.
  • Manage and respond to product security incidents effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, standards, and market expectations.
  • Assist the sales team in addressing customer inquiries related to cybersecurity.
  • Contribute to the overarching information security strategy of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for product security.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in software development.
  • Familiarity with security concepts, principles, and best practices to mitigate potential threats.
  • Enjoyment in conducting threat modeling and risk assessments.
  • Comfortable with information security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in security knowledge.
  • Proficient in English.
