Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Security Specialist to join our Innovation Team in Klaus, Austria. As a Product Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our software development life cycle, product security risk management, and vulnerability handling and disclosure workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement secure software development life cycle (SSDLC) processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SSDLC controls.
- Guide development teams through threat modeling and risk assessment.
- Organize and deliver training sessions on SSDLC basics and secure development topics.
- Continuously improve existing SSDLC processes to meet relevant requirements.
- Manage product security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, laws, standards, and market requirements.
- Support the sales team in answering customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity topics.
- Contribute to company-wide information security initiatives.
- Passion for product security and a strong understanding of security concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in software development and a good command of English.
- Familiarity with security standards, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC.
- Ability to think critically and proactively improve security knowledge.
