Key Responsibilities
  • Lead directors and managers of 10-15 development teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders across labs and focus areas.
  • Define the organizational setup of the teams and grow them by finding the right talents with dedicated local and international recruiting.
  • Inspire and empower your team through mentorship and coaching, providing career guidance and driving cross-lab alignment.
  • Extend the business value and drive development-side ownership of product capabilities.
  • Plan, monitor, and steer strategic development topics, taking part in strategic roadmap planning, and improving development processes.
  • Livestream, support, and develop Dynatrace values and culture, translating vision into the competencies of the lab, and driving innovation.
  • Support collaboration with universities, institutions, and user groups and strengthen Dynatrace's popularity.
  • Drive solutions and innovation by excellence, not by hierarchy, and lead through empowerment.

Requirements
  • Experience in building and scaling successful software departments.
  • Ability to work and scale within a fast-growing and agile company and think and plan strategically.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience with development teams in an agile software environment.
  • Experience in leading leaders and being able to coach and mentor bigger teams.
  • Organizational Change Expert: dealing with change and being able to scale a growing company.
  • Proven track record of building a culture that encourages autonomy, innovation, teamwork, and productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for working with different audiences.
  • Willingness to travel locally 30%.

Compensation and rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 80.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
