Legal Counsel Special (M&A) Projects

At Red Bull, we're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As a Legal Counsel Special (M&A) Projects, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, manage, and negotiate international mergers and acquisitions independently, including due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating term sheets, and supporting closing and integration processes.
  • Provide legal advice and assistance on real estate and construction projects on a national and international scale, liaising with internal stakeholders and negotiating with external partners and lawyers.
  • Contribute to general legal advice in areas such as general civil law, data privacy law, commercial law, and competition law.
  • Manage and negotiate M&A projects, working with international and top-level internal stakeholders.
  • Assume responsibilities, work well under pressure, and respect deadlines.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel focusing on M&A, preferably within a reputable firm and/or the legal department of an international company.
  • Law degree from a reputable university, with an added advantage of a post-graduate degree and a bar exam.
  • Excellent English and German skills (written, spoken, contract negotiations).
  • Successful track record of managing and negotiating M&A projects.
