Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in handling strategic projects, M&A activities, and other international legal topics.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert legal advice on strategic projects, including Red Bull's expansion projects and investments.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, including negotiating with external lawyers and partners.
  • Supervising and managing international M&A activities, including due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating term sheets, and supporting the closing and integration processes.
  • Providing independent legal advice on real estate and construction projects, including liaising with internal stakeholders and negotiating with external partners and lawyers.
  • Contributing to general legal advice in areas such as general civil law, data privacy law, commercial law, and competition law.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably in M&A, within a reputable firm and/or the legal department of an international company.
  • A law degree from a reputable university, with an added advantage of a post-graduate degree and a bar exam.
  • Excellent English and German skills, including written, spoken, and contract negotiation abilities.
  • A successful track record of managing and negotiating M&A projects and working with international and top-level internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage several projects independently without losing oversight.
  • A team player with a proactive mentality and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
  • The capacity to work well under pressure, respect deadlines, and assume responsibilities.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a minimum salary of EUR 2,367.00 gross per month, and a dynamic work environment that values diversity and supports people in developing their potential and strengths.
