Senior Expert Rotating Equipment Circular Economy Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Expert to join our Circular Economy Innovation team, focusing on the design and optimization of rotating equipment for the ReOil process.
Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize rotating equipment for the ReOil process, ensuring optimal operability, availability, and integrity.
- Develop a strategic orientation for ReOil rotating equipment, providing a technological decision basis for strategic questions.
- Consult with the line manager on various concerns and support the roll-out concept for OMV's ReOil business.
- Steer technical development and evaluation of ReOil processes, ensuring uniform operating philosophy and consistent processes.
- Manage contractors and their performance, evaluating ReOil processes and addressing potential gaps.
- Benchmarking, including creating and evaluating KPIs, is an essential part of this role.
- Analyze the market for relevant developments in the ReOil business, identifying optimization opportunities and proposing measures to seize them.
- Ensure compliance with legal, OMV, Petrom, and in-house HSSE regulations through regular review and corrective actions.
- Master's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a (technical) high school diploma / (HTL) Matura with corresponding practical experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of rotating equipment, refinery, and/or petrochemical processes.
- Special knowledge in the areas of compressors and pumps and the circular industry.
- Experience in turnaround and availability improvement.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluency in German and English.
