Digital Content and Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content and Project Specialist to join our team in Elsbethen, Austria. This is an exciting opportunity to work on immersive content experiences across different sectors, such as gastronomy, retail, and event teams.
Key Responsibilities- Content Management: Work closely with internal and external teams to create new and improve existing placements with immersive content experiences. Understand stakeholder needs and manage end-to-end scheduling of screens.
- Trainings: Conduct user training sessions for scheduling and content management tools and processes.
- Content Support: Provide remote and on-site support and manage rollouts for all inquiries and issues related to Digital Signage content.
- Platform Migration & Testing: Ensure smooth operation of our platform by verifying acceptance criteria and features functionalities.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in event/project management or media related role.
- Fluent in English, any additional language considered an advantage.
- Beneficial - previous knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or graphic design tools.
- Passion for content, technology, and innovation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Independent, efficient, and structured working.
- Ability to keep an eye on details while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Team Player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
