We are seeking a skilled Digital Content and Project Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our immersive content-experiences team, you will play a vital role in planning and managing innovative digital experiences across various sectors.

Job Overview

In this dynamic role, you will oversee the development and implementation of engaging content experiences on a global scale. Your primary responsibility will be to manage immersive content experiences for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with their retail media and digital signage initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Create new and improve existing placements with immersive content-experiences, working closely with internal and external teams.
  • Schedule screens, source and prepare content collections, and manage end-to-end scheduling requirements for stakeholders.
  • Conduct user training sessions for scheduling and content management tools and processes, ensuring effective communication and technical understanding.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for Digital Signage content, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure smooth playout of content, verifying acceptance criteria and features functionalities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in event/project management or media-related roles.
  • Fluent English language skills, with any additional languages considered an advantage.
  • Beneficial - previous knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or other graphic design tools.
  • Possess passion for content, technology, and innovation, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be independent, efficient, and structured in your work, with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
