Digital Content Strategist for Global Bike Initiatives

Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy for Red Bull's bike initiatives, focusing on increasing reach, engagement, and brand awareness globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with Red Bull's overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Curate and create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and distribution, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and best practices to continuously improve and refine the strategy.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform-specific features.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style requirements.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite Insights or Sprout Social, to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, for graphic design and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English language proficiency, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
