About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Supply Chain Planning professional to join our Global Data Team in Salzburg. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements in Supply Chain Planning, leveraging your expertise in SAP IBP.


Job Description:

  • Collect, derive, and challenge business requirements, aligning them with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide a holistic perspective to avoid isolated solutions and secure end-to-end integration of all anticipated changes.
  • Develop and shape process and system levels to increase maturity levels.
  • Manage and drive projects independently, defining and scheduling work packages and setting realistic project timelines.
  • Track and document project progress and milestones, ensuring reporting and escalation to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, proficient in SAP IBP.
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management, process, and/or project management, or similar.
  • Depth knowledge of SAP IBP and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts.
  • Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs.
  • Fluent in English; German beneficial but not mandatory.
