ERP Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Manager to oversee our enterprise resource planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful design, development, and maintenance of our ERP system to align with business objectives and operational needs.
The ERP Systems Manager will manage and oversee all aspects of our ERP systems and related projects, guaranteeing seamless integration with business strategies and processes. They will develop and implement best practices for managing and maintaining ERP systems, driving efficiency and user competency.
This role involves leading and mentoring a team of ERP professionals, providing guidance and direction as needed. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure successful ERP implementations and integrations.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing budgets for ERP-related projects and initiatives. Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Unit4 or similar platforms is crucial. The ability to integrate ERP systems with other business processes and systems within the organization is also vital.
A skilled analyst, this individual will be able to analyze complex data to inform decision-making and improve ERP system performance. Strong project management skills are necessary to oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate complex ERP concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The ability to identify issues within ERP systems and processes and develop innovative solutions is essential.
Understanding both the business processes and technical requirements for ERP enables end-to-end management of implementations. Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory. This position comes with a minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement for employees in information and consulting, with the possibility of overpayment according to the collective agreement. Relevant professional experience will be taken into account when determining the actual salary, along with a range of social benefits.
