Your Profile
We are seeking a seasoned security professional to join our team as a Chief Security Architect for Insurance. This strategic role will oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive security solutions across our group, ensuring the highest standards of information security and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective security strategies aligned with industry best practices and regulations
- Collaborate closely with Service Owners and Competence Centers to enhance Cyber Defense Center services and processes
- Drive group-wide security and infrastructure projects to successful implementation, fostering a culture of security awareness and responsibility
- Design, refine, and maintain security processes, guidelines, and documentation to uphold and advance group standards
Your Requirements:
- Degree in information security, computer science, or a related field
- Extensive experience in IT security services, focusing on operational support and implementation
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and end-user security
- Solid understanding of IT service management processes
- Experience in regulated industries is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is advantageous, and additional CEE languages beneficial
- Willingness to travel within the CEE region (approx. 20%)
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
