About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned security professional to lead the design, implementation, and management of our enterprise network security architecture. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans to ensure the security and integrity of our networks.
Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing advanced network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security appliances. You will also provide architectural consulting expertise to local Network Engineers, Administrators, and other stakeholders.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards for all network security procurement and development efforts. Your strong communication skills will be essential in interacting with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services.
As a strategic thinker, you will review new and existing network security designs, projects, and procurement recommendations to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest alternatives to enhance our systems security architecture and technology.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in network security, preferably in global or enterprise environments. A University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent education is required, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CCNP Security.
You should be familiar with Cisco security product portfolios (CCNP, CCNA, CCIE, CCSA, FCNSP, CISSP, Security+) and possess excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and self-organization skills. Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must.
