Aufgabenbereich

Als Themenmanager:in Corporate Communications bei der Salzburg AG unterstützen Sie das Themenmanagement und bei Veranstaltungen. Sie recherchieren diverse Themen der Salzburg AG Gruppe und bereiten Informationen auf. Zudem koordinieren Sie Corporate Veranstaltungen wie Kraftwerkseröffnungen, Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen und vorstandsnahen Veranstaltungen. Dazu gehören die Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen für Einladungsmanagement, Location-Check und Abstimmung von Abläufen mit Eventmanagement und deren Kommunikation.

Anforderungsprofil

Wir suchen eine fachkundige Person mit Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation und/oder Wirtschaft bzw. einschlägige Berufserfahrung. Sie sollten Erfahrungen im Bereich der Kommunikation sowie im Projektmanagement haben. Darüber hinaus sollten Sie Organisationstalent, Koordinationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit besitzen. Gute SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
