We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to lead our global business development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to driving business growth and innovation.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, prioritizing resources, and ensuring objectives are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and functional experts.
  • Ensure alignment with business strategy, goals, and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or equivalent further education qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent program management skills, including experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive effective discussions and influence decision-making.
  • Fluency in English language, German language skills are a strong benefit.
