Luxury Fashion Store Assistant Manager

At Luxe Talent International, we are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team in the luxury fashion industry.

As an Ambassador of the brand, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring team effectiveness, profitability, and productivity. You will lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the team, ensuring top performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance clienteling activities and build a strong local client network.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management and policy implementation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
  • 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
