About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Longchamp Austria GmbH. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
* Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury brand
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
