Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in all operational aspects and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Support the recruitment and training of store staff, ensuring a strong and competent team.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to create unique and engaging customer experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Event Management: Organize and execute events and exhibitions that showcase our art gallery's profile and attract new customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in retail or a service-oriented industry, with leadership experience a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about our art products and services.
