About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architecture Specialist to join our team at Greiner. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models to support strategic business objectives.
  • Implement governance structures to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Develop and manage the IT service catalog to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT services, from conception to retirement, ensuring a flexible and scalable IT architecture.
  • Monitor and optimize the service portfolio to align with business strategy and goals.
  • Introduce innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to drive business value.
  • Promote communication and usage of the service catalog within business units to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture and IT service management, with a strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to governance and compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams to drive business outcomes.
