Operational Manager

About the RoleAs an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8 employees, including resource planning and development. You will be accountable for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as creating monthly reports and variance analyses. You will also be responsible for creating the annual company budget, taking into account global Magna guidelines, and preparing quarterly forecasts and related coordination and reporting.

- Aufbereitung von Management relevanten Kennzahlen zur Unternehmenssteuerung
- Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für diverse Audits (SOX, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Internal Audit, etc.)
- Gestaltung effizienter Abläufe und Prozesse innerhalb des Teams
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium an einer Universität oder FH (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling)
- Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling (idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld und in einer entsprechenden Position)
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP, Microsoft Office, Hyperion Financial Management oder Onestream
- Sehr gute Finanzkenntnisse und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
