Customer Director Job Description

At NETCONOMY GmbH, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Director to spearhead our digital customer projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving strategic customer relationships and developing innovative digitalization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer projects in the field of digital solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and value creation.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and establishing NETCONOMY as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and implement digitalization strategies in close collaboration with clients, focusing on results and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for clients.
Essential Skills:
  • Several years of experience in portfolio management, with a focus on enterprise customers.
  • Extensive expertise in managing large-scale software development projects, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Strong customer orientation, with the ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English at a professional level.
Beneficial Skills:
  • Experience in the SAP Customer Experience Suite.
  • Structured, strategic way of working with strong self-management skills.
  • Strong comprehension of trends, strategic contexts, and strategy development.
