About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Web Application Engineer to join our team at NETCONOMY GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting our customers' productive environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze various application requests and create solution approaches as part of the Customer Service team.
  • Ensure the seamless live operation of client systems together with our Operations Team.
  • Support our client's specialist personnel from different industries in 2nd and 3rd-level support to take care of their demanding web applications.
  • Coordinate the Incident Management as first responder for our client and support the analysis to find a quick solution.
Requirements
  • Ongoing or completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni or similar).
  • Basic technical know-how and experience to perform application analysis and identifying root causes.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript,...).
  • Open, communicative, and team player personality.
  • Acting calm and professional in difficult customer situations.
  • Curiosity, desire to learn, and the willingness to leave your comfort zone occasionally.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full-time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € for this position.
