About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP/EBS Senior Project Manager to join our team at PALTRON GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of our ERP strategy and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the ERP strategy and architecture to align with the needs and strategic direction of the application landscape, with a focus on Oracle ERP (on-prem Oracle EBS)
  • Create project portfolios to optimize and automate our processes for upcoming periods (annually, semi-annually, quarterly) and maintain ongoing communication with management
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from clarifying requirements, preparation of timelines, planning budgets and resources to creating reports and documentation
  • Lead a team of internal and external subject matter experts and provide technical guidance on preferred tools and solutions
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including internal IT teams and C-level executives, to ensure that our Oracle ERP solutions meet the needs of our users
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and product development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Significant track record in working with Oracle ERP (Oracle EBS) and knowledge of the system's capabilities
  • Experience with one of the following Oracle EBS integrations is a plus: Salesforce, Lobster, FORCAM, Tacton CPQ, Sabrix, or Tableau
  • Strong project management and change management skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Empathetic and energetic leader with an influential and positive personality who can develop a global team of experts
  • Fluent Business English communication skills with the ability to address technical information in a target group-oriented manner
  • Willingness to travel regularly to the US and/or our HQ in Austria
