In the position of Senior SAP Technology Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of SAP operations while collaborating closely with various departments across industries. You will develop, mentor, and lead a small, highly specialized team. Your extensive leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of SAP Basis and SAP ABAP will make you an indispensable member of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor the SAP Technology Team
  • Oversee SAP Technology, which includes SAP Basis and ABAP development
  • Potentially expand team scope to encompass general Application Basis
  • Contribute to the strategic alignment of the SAP operational model within a corporate environment
  • Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure, security, architecture, and SAP applications to enhance SAP operations
  • Manage relationships with Managed Service Providers
  • Actively participate in the transition to SAP S/4HANA

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Solid leadership experience as a team lead and/or project manager with a strong focus on SAP Technology
  • High affinity for collaboration tools and SAP in general
  • Technical understanding of SAP S/4HANA and the ability to lead a highly technical team
  • Proficient in German and good command of English
  • Strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and assertiveness
