Als Head of Delivery Maritime sind Sie für den technischen und kommerziellen Erfolg in den Kundenprojekten weltweit verantwortlich. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Leitung, Inspiration und Weiterentwicklung unseres hochqualifizierten Teams von Projektmanagern und System Engineers an mehreren Standorten.

Aufgaben
  • Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung der Projektkosten und -leistungen
  • Proaktives Chancen-/Risikomanagement
  • Vertretung von Frequentis gegenüber Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Management von Lieferanten und Schulung von Partnern
  • Verantwortlich für den Erfahrungsaustausch und die Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Betrieb, IT-Projektmanagement oder der IT-Servicebereitstellung
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifend mit dem Vertrieb, Offering, Bid Management, Produktmanagement, Produktentwicklung und Kundenservice zu führen und zu kommunizieren
