Head of Delivery - Maritime

Frequentis Group, an international supplier of communication and information systems, seeks a seasoned professional to lead its Maritime project delivery team. As Head of Delivery - Maritime, you will be accountable for the technical and commercial success of customer projects from initial scope definition to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project managers and system engineers across multiple locations
  • Plan, monitor, and control project costs and performance, identifying opportunities and risks
  • Ensure successful delivery of Maritime projects globally, meeting cost, schedule, and quality targets
  • Represent Frequentis to customers and partners, fostering professional relationships
  • Manage subcontractors, train partners, and drive project management issues within the organization
  • Drive experience sharing and continuous improvement practices
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, project management, or service delivery in a voice communication products company
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an intercultural mindset
  • A strong sense of responsibility and identification with one's own performance and its contribution to the business unit's success
