Head of Delivery - Maritime

Frequentis Group, an international supplier of communication and information systems, seeks a highly skilled professional to lead its Maritime project delivery team. As Head of Delivery - Maritime, you will be accountable for the technical and commercial success of customer projects from initial scope definition to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project managers and system engineers to deliver Maritime projects globally.
  • Plan, monitor, and control project costs and performance, ensuring proactive opportunity and risk management.
  • Represent Frequentis to customers and partners, maintaining a professional and constructive relationship.
  • Manage subcontractors, train and support partners, and drive project management-related issues within the organization.
  • Responsible for experience sharing and continuous improvement practices, serving as the key interface with other Frequentis Group departments.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, project management, or IT service delivery in a company delivering voice communication products.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functionally with sales, offering, bid management, product management, product development, and customer service departments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with an intercultural mindset.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and identification with one's own performance and its contribution to the success of the business unit.

  • A competitive salary, including a collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 61,000.00 gross per year, plus an overpayment in line with the market.
