Job Title: Software Developer

AOP Health is a leading European company in integrated therapies for rare diseases and critical care. We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Vienna.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and support for the Microsoft stack at AOP, including functionalities and applications implemented within Office 365 and Azure.
  • Requirement engineering and consulting for internal digital business applications, such as workflows, reports, dashboards, and applications in different business areas.
  • Setup, configuration, adaptation, and development of business applications using Microsoft frameworks, tools, and related programming languages, as well as modern web technologies.
  • Guidance of external service providers in the delivery.
  • Review and documentation of implemented applications and functionalities.
  • Maintenance of good documentation for all implementations to ensure maintainability and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Information Technology (University, FH).
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in software development.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft technologies and tools, including Power platform, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure database.
  • Development experience in C-sharp, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SharePoint framework.
  • Practical experience with BI and ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and schema design.
  • Familiarity with.NET development tools, such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with both internal and external partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
