Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a Project Quality and Safety Manager in Vienna to lead our Viennese site, a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles.
Your Future Role
As Project Quality and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the project quality plan and ensuring its proper application during contract execution. You will contribute to the criticality assessment of sub-systems, ensuring the right level of safety and quality assurance. You will also be the primary interface for all quality-related matters within the project team.
Key Responsibilities

- Animate and coordinate the project quality community.
- Support on request project audits, reviews, and approval of vendor quality systems and audits compliance.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in engineering with a management background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving tools.
- Awareness of processes and products delivered in the project.
- Rigor, communication, knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM), and quality tools.
- Experience in operational activities and documentation management.
- Collaboration and team working.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory for this role.
