Quality Assurance Specialist

At Alstom, we are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team in Vienna. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage non-compliant materials by identifying and handling them according to quality control standards.
- Process data accurately and resolve defects using internal systems.
- Coordinate logistics by executing block posting, initiating replacement deliveries, and creating purchase requisitions for repair materials or replacements.
- Monitor repairs, participate in root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
- Manage inventory, monitoring blocked stock and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
- German language proficiency is mandatory, with English being a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP software.
- Team player with a knack for finding quick solutions, reliable, and proactive.
- Technical understanding, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of general quality standards.
