We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to strengthen our Product Teams and drive our agile journey forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the deployment and operation of the Raiffeisen Bausparkasse application throughout its lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and take responsibility for scheduling and operating business-critical batches
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents, defects, and triage issues to ensure business continuity
  • Design procedures for application and system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with software and site reliability engineers to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
  • Work with software engineers and platform teams to ensure development, test, and production environments are set up and work correctly
Requirements
  • Working experience with maintaining production services, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems, preferably in the banking industry
  • Familiarity with modern technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems, Shell, and Python scripting
  • Nice to have: experience with Windows systems, AWS or Azure, and GitHub
