Job Title: Application Manager

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to join our Digital Web Services team at Erste Digital. As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for the stable operation of supported services in the Digital Banking and Payments environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure changes are incorporated into regular operations
  • Document adaptions in various documentation tools
  • Perform root cause analysis with monitoring and observability tools
  • Manage incidents
  • Work on the further development and optimization of operational and business processes
Requirements:
  • Experience with the operation of applications
  • Familiarity with Cloud and/or On-prem infrastructure
  • Experience in application performance monitoring (APM) is a benefit
  • Good knowledge of Unix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of scripting and programming languages, especially for web applications with Java, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Excellent English and German skills both written and verbal
