Senior Application Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Manager to join our Digital Web Services team at Erste Group Bank. As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation of our supported services in the Digital Banking and Payments environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of our applications and services
- Monitor and analyze performance issues and errors
- Document changes and adaptations in various documentation tools
- Perform root cause analysis using monitoring and observability tools
- Manage incidents and work on the further development and optimization of operational and business processes
Requirements:
- Experience with application operation and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with Cloud and/or On-prem infrastructure
- Good knowledge of Unix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team and possess scripting and programming skills, especially for web applications with Java, JavaScript, and HTML
