Job Title: Senior IT Vendor Management Analyst

Job Summary:
Magna is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Vendor Management Analyst to join our global team. As a key member of our Vendor Management department, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT Professional Services transformation project, focusing on contract governance and supplier transformation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate the Vendor Management procurement lifecycle process
* Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs
* Conduct regular vendor reviews and audits to assess performance and address any issues
* Apply in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles, best practices, and run RFx requests
* Demonstrate proven experience in vendor performance and relationship management
* Perform Supplier Management and Governance specifically in IT Professional Services

Requirements:

* 5-7 years of work experience in the field of IT Vendor Management, Procurement, Professional Services
* Bachelor's degree in analytical field, such as business, economics, psychology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or finance
* Supply Chain Degree or Certification is an asset
* Strong interpersonal skills for building positive supplier relationships and stakeholder management
* Excellent negotiation skills and trainings
* People leadership and influence skills
* Business English ability (written & verbal) is required
* German language skills (written & verbal) is an asset
