Senior IT Vendor Management Role

Magna is seeking an experienced IT Vendor Management professional to join our global team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting our IT Professional Services transformation project, focusing on contract governance and supplier transformation processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the vendor management procurement lifecycle process, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Monitor and manage vendor performance, conducting regular reviews and audits to assess performance and address any issues.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles, best practices, and run RFx requests.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in vendor performance and relationship management, negotiating and managing various regional and global IT contracts.

Requirements:

  • Potential candidates are IT Vendor Management/Procurement subject matter experts with a proven track record in vendor performance and relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience in managing large complex contracts in various IT categories, including hardware, software, services, and communication.
  • Effective problem-solving skills for supplier-related issues, with a high attention to detail in contract and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive supplier relationships and stakeholder management.

Work Environment:

The selected candidate will work in a dynamic global team, with regular travel (10-15% of the time) to visit internal customers and colleagues or to meet with vendors. We offer an attractive remuneration package, including a minimum annual salary of EUR 60,000, depending on skills and experience.
